Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Building 33 Biosciences Facility

Laurel, MD

A new construction of a 4,500 sqft BSL-3 lab space. Our scope of work included lab air, water, gas, and waste systems with decontamination. Also, installing HVAC systems such as a dedicated chilled water and hydronic heating system was included within the project scope.
