George Mason University – Thompson Hall

Fairfax, VA

A complete interior renovation of a 40 year old classroom building. All the existing plumbing and HVAC systems were replaced with new systems which included: heating water boilers, cooling towers and chillers, new piping distribution to central station, air handling units, and fan coil units. The plumbing systems including domestic water, sanitary and storm were replaced from the underslab up. All plumbing fixtures were replaced.
